Skiros Residential Development

In this architectural design endeavor, our vision was to craft a residential complex featuring ten individual houses, each with its own private garden, yet uniquely interconnected in pairs. Our concept revolved around modernity, emphasizing clean lines, expansive windows, and a crisp and luminous color palette that collectively defined the project's aesthetic charm. To infuse character and create a visual link between these pristine homes, we introduced a bold red wall that served as a dynamic connector. Privacy was paramount, which led us to establish a gated entry at the front and position the private garage directly in front of the houses. Set against the backdrop of the picturesque Quito mountains, this private complex offers each family an opportunity to savor the beauty of nature in their everyday lives.
